30 Day Happiness Challenge

At the beginning of November we will be rocking through some happy times! Our intention with the challenge is to create healthy habits of yoga and meditation. We know how powerful a daily practice of yoga can be, we also know how important it is to celebrate the small successes and build upon them. Let's all make our health and happiness a priority over the next 30 days!

20 out of 30 days complete 20 min of yoga and or meditation a day. This can be a class in the studio, online or at home.

10 days out of the month are flex days. YOU decide. What is going to be realistic and successful for you? You can do minimum 20 min yoga or meditation, pick one of the your own happiness building activities. Allow these days to be flexible, to listen to your body, the demands of life and find a way to peacefully, happily respond to them.

Examples of happiness building activities include spending 10 min in nature, cleaning out some clutter, writing a thank you note or a random act of kindness.

Cost? Free for OmTown Yoga members to participate and we will also be offering a special $75 one month unlimited yoga pass price for those that don't have a current pass and would like to participate.
