Beginner Yoga

Ever said to yourself: %u201CI%u2019m not flexible enough for yoga,%u201D or %u201CI%u2019m too out of shape to do yoga?%u201D Well, this is the class for you. Designed for those a bit hesitant for a variety of reasons and just want to try a

class in a safe and gentle environment.

Explore the many poses of Hatha Yoga with modifications and props for those who require them. Notice how quickly your strength,flexibility and balance improve within a few classes. Foster breath

and body awareness while absorbing the many benefits of yoga.

This class is geared for adults of all ages and sizes

Hatha Yoga/Meditation

A great introduction to yoga. Classic hatha poses will be fully felt & explained followed by a blissful 15

min guided meditation at the end of the class.

Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa flow links breath with movement in creative sun salutation sequencing & provides a whole body & breath yoga experience. Get ready to play, feel alive, stretched, toned & detoxified! General fitness and some yoga experience recommended.

Yoga for Athletes

Geared towards athletes & anyone looking to open their hamstrings, hips, calves, lowback, as well as

increase their core strength, breath awareness and de-stress. A physically demanding practice but a ton of fun! Come prepared to sweat and laugh.

Yin Yang

We start off the class with a short Yang, muscular and energising practice and then spend close to a hour practicing Yin. Yin is a quiet, inward practice that uses long, passive holds to get into the deep connective tissues. Emphasis is on the hips, groin & low back as well as stimulating the lower body meridian lines. An absolutely beautiful way to let go of the stress and tension of your day.

Core Connections (Yoga/pilates mix)

The Emphasis of this level of class is on breathing, alignment, abdominal, core control strength & flexibility. An understanding of the Pilates & Yoga fundamentals, which includes developing a mind body connection, increasing your awareness & ability to engage the deep abdominal musculature with other essential stabilizing muscles in the body will strengthen & improve all types of movement practice. If you have your own roller and blocks (1) please bring them along.

Yin

Yoga Core

A shorter lunch time class. Creative core, pranayama and stabilizing excercises infused with classical Hatha postures and some vinyasa flow. Emphasis is on stabilizing and creating space in the pelvis, low back and abdominals. A great way to find that fire in your belly!

Hatha Flow

An invigorating yoga class for refocusing your mind and rejuvenating your body. Practice traditional Hatha yoga poses in a flowing sequence to energize your body and relax your mind.

A wonderful way to brighten the rest of your day!

Power Yoga

A Vinysasa style practice that has a strong empasis on strength and flexibility. Get ready to sweat! Some yoga experience and general fitness is encouraged.

Rise and Shine Yoga

A beautiful way to wake up and set the tone of your day. A Hatha class focusing on balance, strength, flexibility and breath. Suitable for all levels.

Philosophy and Flow

Explore the roots and philosophy of yoga and learn how to weave them into your practice and life. This 75min class will start wtih 15min of discussion and exploration of yoga (yamas, niyamas, gunas etc) and theme that into a gentle 60 min asana practice. A fantastic way of diving deeper into your practice.
