Welcome to our studio!
At OmTown Yoga, we believe yoga is for everybody and offer a wide variety of classes to meet you where you are at today. Our teaching team hosts some of the most passionate, educated and experienced yoga practitioners who are eager to share their gifts. From Yoga for Athletes to Beginner and Yin yoga we have you covered! Along with classes the studio all hosts a variety of monthly events workshops and trainings.
Our studio is a warm, open space and we always have room for drop-in's. We have mats available for rental and purchase, a small prop and boutique retail area, as well as complimentary tea and filtered water.

Frequently asked questions
I've never taken a yoga class before. How do I start?
Congrats on deciding to start a yoga practice! The Beginner Yoga classes are a great way to start. We will start right from the basics and explain the postures and breath. Many of our other classes including Hatha, Yin, Yin Yang and Rise & Shine are also appropriate for those beginning their yoga practice. You are always encouraged to work at you own pace and take modifications that serve your body. If you have specific injuries or concerns please arrive 15 minutes early before class to speak to the teacher. We look forward to meeting you!
What should I wear? Do I need a mat?
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move and stretch in. You can bring your own mat or mats are available at the studio for $1 to rent.
Do I need to make a reservation for class, or can I just show up?
When you arrive at the studio, the instructor will sign you into the class. All classes are on a drop-in basis, whether you have a class pass, monthly membership or are dropping in. Arriving 15 minutes before class is encouraged.
What if I just can't do a pose?
No problem! Our teachers offer different variations of the poses so that everyone can benefit and each time you come to class you will learn a little bit more. Remember there is no such thing as not being "good" at yoga.
What membership should I get?
We offer have a variety of memberships and class options that you can view here.. If you are new to the studio you can take advantage of our two month unlimited yoga pass for $108 plus tax. This will give you the opportunity to try as many classes and figure out a routine that works best for you.
