50 hr Yin Yoga Teacher Training

For both serious students and teachers, this is an incredible opportunity to deepen your personal practice and ability to teach Yin Yoga.

Areas that will be covered in this 50 hour training:

  • Understanding of the practical benefits of Yin Yoga: physically, energetically and mentally
  • Understanding of Physiology & Anatomy - including the Limits to Movement and the importance of skeletal variation
  • Knowledge of what stops you and the difference between Tension and Compression
  • Introduction to Meridian Theory
  • Incorporating meditation into your personal practice
  • Working through the most common Yin Yoga asanas
  • Learning the difference between Yin and Yang styles of Yoga
